This course is a combination of blended learning and flipped classroom.

1. Half of the course (2 SWS) will be in a traditional classroom setting each week. The material will be based on the class reading book. Topics will include a combination of communication theories, individual reflection, issues around leadership, and communication and motivation within a team.

2. The second half of the course (2 SWS) will be used for "flipped classroom" discussions and writing exercises. Each week we will discuss current topics that you have chosen. Each of you will be responsible for leading the discussion on one of the weekly topics.
